Altiris instructor-led courses are taught by Altiris Certified Trainers (ACTs) who draw upon real-world experience to provide relevant course content. These courses are in-depth and draw on realistic examples and demonstrations. The practical, hands-on instruction lets you apply new skills and knowledge as soon as you return to your job.

NetX provides on-site Altiris training in a classroom setting. If you have a large group of employees that need to be trained and you cannot send them to a remote location for training, consider bringing a trainer to your location for an on-site engagement. Whether the class is at your location or at a remote site, the materials are exactly the same. With travel-related cost savings, this option may be best for your organization if you have more than five people that need to be trained.
For an on-site training engagement you will simply need to provide a location with a classroom configuration for up to 12 students. NetX will provide all the materials you will need for the course (in very limited cases you may be requested to provide necessary hardware).

If you are unable to attend an instructor-led training course for which you have registered, you may send a substitute free of charge. If you cannot send a substitute or otherwise need to cancel your class registration, please provide written notice via e-mail at sales@netxinc.com or by fax at 609-324-9122. Cancellation requests received by NetX 10 days or more prior to the class start date will receive full credit for another class. Credit is not available for cancellation requests received by NetX nine or fewer days before the class start date.
NetX reserves the right to cancel a training class due to insufficient enrollment, inclement weather, or other events beyond our control. In the unlikely event a NetX class is cancelled, we will notify you as soon as possible. You may choose to receive a full refund of your registration fees or credit for another class. NetX will not be responsible for any cancellation costs you incur, such as airline tickets and hotel reservations.
